vBulletin 4.0 Skins

To answer many questions concerning vBulletin 4.0 -
Yes our skins will be updated to the newest vBulletin series after it is on a stable release.

Now concerning the prices on the updated themes, I'm pending if the upgraded theme will be free for customers who already purchased the skin or if there will be a $15-$25 upgrade fee when downloading the vBulletin 4.0 skin. I will give everyone more information once I make a final decision on this.

On a side note: We will be converting our skins to IPB and phpBB soon as well. I will keep everyone up to date on that as well.

2/27/2010: I will be starting conversions tomorrow, if everything goes well I'll have the templates available for sale in the next week or two.

2/9/2010: When vBulletin 4.0.2 is released I will be seeing if any major bugs are still a problem with the software and will hopefully get started with the conversions.

Good work dome a lot of the coding is diffrent as in phrases etc so you should be charging as it cannot be done quickly.

Wondering if you got any updates on the vb4 skins now its out of beta as I'm wanting to buy a skin but can't untill you start releasing them for vb4.

Hello, sorry for the late response!

vB 4.0 skins will be arriving sometime after 4.0.1 is released as vBulletin said here:

As for phpBB themes go, that will still be happening. Once I finish these clients I have in line then I should be able to work more on porting to other Forum Software.
