What a challenge it has been to find the right look for my audience, predominantly kids and young adults, but must appeal to adults as well. I've needed a sophisticated yet fun and professional image all in one.

I have a pet forum and I've been so, so tired of the standard hard, cold, gamer, monochromatic look. Not to mention the vast majority of templates out there are so "vB" in look and feel. You can spot them a mile away.

Finally, along comes That1Design with a fresh new look with a more Web 2.0 feel.

It was so different from the norm that I was little worried about how it would really work with all of my add-ons.

Dominic has rocked my little forum world! I bought the Soo.Web template with my fingers crossed. I had Dominic customize this template to help meet my needs. We 'warmed up' the grays into color and made some other tweaks. I really loved being able to rely on his sense of design.

Support was fantastic. I'll continue to use him moving forward. Just hope he doesn't get too busy!!

Next up for me is converting my ancient html site into a Joomla site and having the Joomla template customized to match my forum!
