Avenger vBulletin Skin Preview - That1Design

I'd like to port the skin Avenger to MyBB if that's okay. I'd also like to change the color from purple, to blue, and make a few minor changes. Can I do this for free (I don't have a license here, and don't really want to buy one), and I return, I'll export the database and let you guys sell it here, and take full credit?

I don't need a .PSD, I can do it simply from the preview pages.

If it's fine by you, I'd be happy to do this. And you guys can grow bigger and start to offer MyBB skins.

At the moment you may only do this if you have a license for the specified skin.
As for converting to MyBB, I don't think we will offer skins for this forum system due to other higher demand forum systems such as vBulletin and Invision Power Board.

Why not? You will reach more customers, and I'm doing it for free. However, I will not purchase a license. You'll make money off of this deal though, by reaching out to the MyBB community.

Actually, this was just a nice offer. I'll design my own skin similar (well actually not at all similar, just kind of close). I like the design, but if you won't let me port it, then never mind.

In addition, you want Dom to give you the theme for free, so you can "port" it and then make him more money? Sounds like your a poor guy, that wants somthing for free.

The reason you require a license for this is because you are using my copyrighted images for a premium design.
At the moment My-BB skins are not as high demand and wouldn't be many sales from them for that forum software right now.

Actually no, I'm not poor. I just don't see the point in paying for skins when I can design my own and code them. Plus I hate vBulletin now, so I wanted to port that one to MyBB because I thought it was a good looking style, and would bring more customers. However, I'm not going to pay to do Dom a favor, that would just be stupid.

Edit: I believe that you mis-understood. When I said I would copy it, I meant the idea, not the design itself. There aren't many skins for MyBB that have two columns that look good. I simply want that concept, of a second column for user control panel links and such.
