I am not sure if this is the right forum but I have been searching for weeks for someone who provides a full custom skin design service. Did I come to the right place? Is anyone here offering this service?

You are at the right place! Yes I offer custom skin services which can be anywhere from $125 to $300+ depending on the amount of work you would like done.
