I will be porting all my templates to IPB, phpBB and possibly MyBB.

This will take place in the next month.

Around the end of November or Beginning of December is when I should have my skins all ported to other Forum Software that I choose to use. I know that IPB and phpBB will be two of them that I will be supporting.

So you will not make the skin for MyBB only for IPB and phpBB

Dom's said in his answer that he's definitely going to port skins to IPB and phpBB and possibly will port to others like MyBB but he'd have to think about it or whatever as it takes time to port skins over to other board types and he'd need to decide whether it's worth porting over to MyBB or whatever.
