hey is there a way you can skin IPB like vbulletin style the way you do for my website? reply please.

IPB can be skinned in unique ways, but IPB's system does not allow for the same flexibility that vBulletin does. So, in a nutshell, you won't achieve the same cool things, such as alternating forum index colors with IPB.
